How different is our peltier module to compare with competitors?
The manufacture process is totally different. Competitors peltier module is formed to sand P/N type element by celamic, to say “sandwitch frame structure”. Out peltier module’s P/N type element is fixed to intermediator in center, to say “center frame structure.” (See figure below.)
What advantage can we get?
The energy of P/N type element (cool/hot) travel directly to the Alminum surface. Therefore the rising/falling speed of the
temperature is very fast. (2minutes from Rt to -40 degree C)
The intermediator works as “Heat absorbent”. As a result, the life time of module is longer, and makes less trouble.
The “center frame structure” module enabled to make larger surface type “UT7070-AL”.
Proof
The module’s quality and performance did not deteriorate after 100,000 times temperature rising and falling cycle. (between 10 and 100 degree C)
Pride
Our peltier module is all made in Japan. All the modules come through Quality Assurance, therefore we never had “bad return”.
